Who operates Flowties

Flowties is an ABDflow product. ABDflow is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We operate across the UAE and India and use global cloud infrastructure. Privacy questions can be sent to grievance@abdflow.com or support@abdflow.com.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, authentication provider, account identifier, profile image if supplied by Google, verification state and sign-in activity.
• Site data: page URL, browser and device details, referral source, approximate region and general interaction events when optional measurement is permitted.
• Local preferences: the guest tool selected, favourites, recent tools, notes, tasks and consent choices stored in your browser.
• Support data: information you choose to send when contacting ABDflow.

Browser-first tool processing

Most Flowties text, code, image, document and media operations run in your browser. Signing in identifies account access but does not automatically upload your tool input or output to an ABDflow account. Some tools load specialist libraries or models from public content delivery networks; those providers may receive ordinary network data such as your IP address and user agent. A tool will identify when browser or third-party limitations apply.

Do not process information you are not permitted to use. Avoid highly sensitive, regulated or secret data unless you have independently confirmed that the specific browser workflow and your environment are appropriate.

ABDflow account services

Flowties uses the existing ABDflow Firebase project for email/password and Google authentication. Google Firebase processes credentials and session data; Flowties does not receive your password in readable form. A minimal user profile is stored in Cloud Firestore so your identity works across ABDflow products. Essential browser storage keeps you signed in and protects account access.

Email verification and password-reset messages are sent through Firebase Authentication. You can sign out from the account menu. To request account access, correction or deletion, use the ABDflow profile or contact support. Deleting an ABDflow identity may affect access to other ABDflow products that use the same account.

Advertising and AdSense

Flowties may use Google AdSense to fund public content. Google and its partners may process cookies, device identifiers, IP address, browser details, approximate location, page context and ad interactions to serve, secure, limit, measure and improve ads. Optional advertising storage is denied by default until an applicable consent signal is available.

For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Flowties is intended to use Google’s certified consent management message through AdSense Privacy & messaging. You can revisit available choices through Privacy choices. Google’s own policies govern its processing; see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Service providers and transfers

We use providers for hosting, authentication, database services, email, security, analytics, advertising and on-demand browser libraries. These include Vercel and Google services such as Firebase and AdSense. Information may be processed outside your country. We do not sell personal information as a data broker.

Retention and security

Account records are kept while an account remains active and as reasonably needed for security, support, legal obligations and dispute prevention. Local preferences remain until you clear browser data. Analytics and advertising retention follow the configured provider settings and your consent choices. We use access controls, encrypted connections and provider security controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can clear Flowties local data through browser settings and manage Google advertising choices through the privacy message or Google Ads Settings. We may need to verify your identity before completing an account request.

Children and sensitive data

Flowties is a general productivity service and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. ABDflow does not knowingly create accounts for children below the applicable age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
