Acceptance

By using Flowties, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use Flowties for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Guest and account access

• A visitor may select one Flowties tool for guest use on a browser. Continued access to other tools requires an ABDflow account.
• The guest allowance is recorded in local browser storage. Clearing or manipulating storage to evade an access limit is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• An ABDflow account may be shared across ABDflow products. Account suspension or deletion can affect those products.
• We may change access limits, features or eligibility with reasonable notice where practical.

Acceptable use

Do not use Flowties to violate law or rights; distribute malware; bypass controls; probe vulnerabilities without written permission; overload or scrape the service abusively; create deceptive, harmful or infringing material; or process data you are not authorized to use. Automated high-volume use requires prior written permission.

Your content and local data

You retain rights in content you provide. Most tool content is processed locally in your browser and is not stored in your ABDflow profile. You are responsible for lawful input, appropriate backups, verifying downloads and securing your device. Browser storage can be cleared by the browser, device or user and should not be treated as a permanent backup.

Outputs and professional decisions

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, incompatible or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review results before relying on them. Flowties is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, security, tax or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions and for maintaining original files.

Third-party services

Flowties may rely on Firebase Authentication, Vercel hosting, Google advertising services and browser-loaded libraries. Third parties have separate terms, privacy practices, availability and limitations. Links to external sites do not imply endorsement of every statement or service on those sites.

Changes and availability

Flowties is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue a tool for security, technical, commercial or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access, preservation of local browser data or compatibility with every device, format or browser.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABDflow disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or lost-profit damages arising from Flowties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any paid or managed ABDflow service is governed by its separate written agreement.

Questions can be sent to support@abdflow.com. Applicable law and dispute rules depend on the relevant ABDflow entity, the user’s location and mandatory local law. These public terms may be updated; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
